Why Cook With Us?

Fresh Ingredients from the Garden

Oil, wine, vegetables from the garden and eggs from our own hens. The flour is made from ancient grains of Montespertoli: almost everything you will use is born right here.

100% Local, Tuscan Territory

Every ingredient tells the story of the landscape around you: local products from the Florentine Chianti, no shortcuts.

A Private Class, Just for You

Every class is reserved exclusively for your group: we never mix different families or parties together. We're entirely at your disposal, for up to 10 people.

Two Bottles Included

Two bottles are included in the price, and you choose them: white, rosé or red. Cooking with a glass always within reach.

  • Kneading

In a 1.5-hour lesson you knead, roll and cook, hands in the dough. You start from the fresh eggs of our own hens and flour made from ancient grains of Montespertoli.

  • Pasta or pizza

Tagliatelle rolled out by hand, with wild boar ragù or fresh tomato, and ricotta and spinach ravioli, sealed one by one. If you choose the pizza menu, you knead and stretch your own, then watch it bake in the wood-fired oven.

  • At the table

It always ends with Grandma Simonetta's tiramisù, from the family recipe. Then you sit down at the table and eat what you have made, paired with our wines.

An intimate experience, led by Sonia and her son Lorenzo, from a family that has lived Tuscany every day since 1965: maximum 10 people, so everyone gets real attention.

Who is this class for?

For everyone: no cooking experience is required, just curiosity and a love of good food.

  • Couples

Looking for a romantic and authentic activity to share together, far from the usual tourist routes.

  • Travellers passionate about food and wine

Who want to bring home something more lasting than a souvenir: a recipe, a memory, a scent.

  • Families with children

Curious to discover where the flavours they love come from.

  • Friends

Who want to experience Tuscany differently, with their hands in the dough and a good glass on the table.

If you love wine, local products, conviviality and the slow rhythm of the Tuscan countryside, you are in the right place.
