Vineyards and produce of Azienda Agricola San Giusto

OUR STORY

It all began in 1965, when our grandfather bought this land with a simple but ambitious vision: to live and work in close harmony with the land. Today, as then, we produce wine and extra virgin olive oil following the rhythms of nature and farming traditions. Come visit us for an authentic experience among vineyards and cellars: we don't just offer you a product, but the story of our home.

Since 1965

Our Vision

We believe that authentic wine is born from the land, not technology. Since 1965, our family has tended this corner of Tuscany with the dedication of those who know every gesture matters: from winter pruning to hand-harvesting, from traditional pressing to slow ageing in our cellar.

Our choice is as simple as it is radical: strictly artisanal scale, zero compromise on quantity. Every wine, every oil, every honey carries within it the time, care and passion that only a family can offer.

Every bottle carries the fragrance of our hills, the sunlight of Montespertoli, the silent work of the generations that came before us. This is what we offer: not simply a product, but a piece of true Tuscany.

Our Products

Why choose San Giusto?

Our wines come to life in the beautiful hills of Montespertoli, cultivated using traditional methods handed down since 1965. Every single bottle encapsulates the purest and most authentic expression of the Tuscan terroir.

Unlike large industrial wineries, San Giusto chooses to maintain a strictly artisanal dimension. This allows us to guarantee uncompromising quality, meticulous attention to detail, and unrepeatable uniqueness in every product.

From prestigious hand-painted collector's bottles to our prized Vin Santo, to our cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and wildflower honey.

OUR GRAPES

Our vines grow on clay-limestone soils between 250 and 350 metres above sea level, south-facing to capture the best of the Tuscan sun. We cultivate exclusively native varieties, heirs to millennia of winemaking tradition.

Red

Sangiovese

The prince of Tuscan grape varieties. The backbone of our finest reds, it delivers elegant structure, fine tannins and intense aromas of cherry and violet. It ripens perfectly on our clay hills.

Red

Canaiolo Nero

The Sangiovese's historic companion. It softens the tannic structure, adding notes of ripe red fruits and a pleasant roundness, making our reds more harmonious and easy-drinking.

Red

Colorino

A characterful variety found in our Premium labels. It brings deep colour and aromas of blackberry and dark spice, conferring longevity and complexity to our age-worthy wines.

Red

Merlot

An international variety that has found its ideal terroir on our hills. It lends softness, body and elegant notes of plum, chocolate and vanilla, rounding out the structure of Sangiovese in our finest labels.

White

Trebbiano Toscano

An ancient native white variety with a millenary history. Produces fresh wines with notes of green apple and wildflowers. The heart of our whites and a key player in crafting our prized Vin Santo.

White

Malvasia Bianca

The aromatic grape par excellence, with intense perfumes of white flowers and tropical fruit. It enriches our whites and, carefully dried, is the essential ingredient of our prized Vin Santo.
